Comfort Inn Kennewick Richland

Me and my partner were frantically trying to find a hotel room at 1 am last night after a long drive from Canada. We booked a room at another hotel but unfortunately were not able to stay there. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful and was able to squeeze us in a room and gave us a great deal for two nights. We were so relieved to have somewhere to sleep and she told us if we need anything all night she would be there and she’s making a great breakfast the next day. She was so kind and helpful. Thank you.

Stayed three nights while visiting family. The service was really nice. Beds were uncomfortable and outdated. Food was amazing. I loved that they have eggs, sausage and gravy. My kids didn’t want to touch the pool. It looked dirty. It was a great location though. On our second morning I asked if they could just give us some fresh towels and toilet paper, but when we got back after a long day of fishing there wasn’t any. I helped myself to the cart in the hallway. This place wasn’t horrible but not a five star either.

When we arrived Mr Rodriguez who checked us in was extremely helpful even giving us a free upgrade. Lovely hotel for the money. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our short trip to Kennewick, wa. We drove over to get new tires and made a date night out of it. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thanks comfort inn!

We stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Toyota center. We got a king bedroom and it seemed clean although there was a toilet brush sticking out of a toilet when we arrived. Not a big deal. We set it aside. Although, I think we got a handicapped room because everything was super low. We didn't order one, but that's what we got. Again, not a deal breaker. We spent less than 10 hours in the room, so it was fine for a quick overnight. The breakfast, however, leaves much to be desired. We stopped by there around 7:00 and the sausage was out and the eggs didn't look too appetizing. The garbage was overflowing and the tables were sticky. I might somewhat expect this towards the end of breakfast hours, but this was only an hour after they started breakfast, so they can definitely ramp up the attentiveness in the breakfast area. I know this isn't a five-star hotel, but I think the expectation to keep things stocked and clean is not unreasonable. We would stay again for a quick visit. The lady who checked us in and out was super friendly.

Nice hotel, quiet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great service at the front desk from Monique. Regular king room was small but the King suite is great, only a few dollars more for the suite. Restaurants within walking distance, Red Robin, Taco Bell/KFC, Texas Roadhouse, etc.

Great stay from start to finish. Only issue in the room was bathroom door was hard to close and open. Alisha at the front desk was amazing when we checked in and she was always nice when we came and left for our son's soccer tournament. On our last day as my son and I were having breakfast she listened to my soccer mom stresses and while she kept doing her job she still listened and made me feel like she was actually hearing me and she talked with me about her family sports as well. Was great that she not only treated me like just a person staying there but that she actually cared to make a connection. Next time we need to stay near Pasco we are definitely choosing Comfort Inn again.

Everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in a few hours early. The man at the front desk, said "the room is ready, so why not!" Breakfast was fresh, tidy, and appliances (toaster, waffle iron etc.) were clean. When we visit our daughter and grandkids we will definitely stay here again!
